As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families to improve relationships and address personal concerns. My goal is to help you experience a more fulfilling and meaningful life. While we can't change difficult situations of the past, we can work together to better understand negative patterns and resolve current challenges in your life. I provide a supportive and nonjudgmental therapeutic environment in which you will be an active participant in gaining self-awareness and implementing new behaviors that will lead to positive change. My therapeutic style varies depending on what you want and need. In the first session, we will work together to determine what your strengths are, what is not working, what you want to be different, and what your goals are.

My practice is open to people of diverse backgrounds and ages and addresses a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues. I offer day, evening, and weekend appointments.
